Our take
I would book Hawa House Phuket Oldtown for a practical stay in Phuket Town, with city views, a work desk and free WiFi in the room. Some rooms have a terrace or a balcony, which I would request when booking. A rating of 8.6 from 241 reviews is good for a 3-star, but I read it as a simple city base without a pool or on-site dining.
- Explore the nearby Thai Hua Museum and Chinpracha House, both just a short walk away.
- Take advantage of the free WiFi to plan your daily excursions around Phuket Town.
- Consider a room with a terrace or balcony for an extra touch of relaxation and city views.
