JN PLACE
Fitness center and in-room kitchens, no pool attached
About this hotel
JN PLACE keeps things simple: breakfast available for a separate charge, a fitness center for guests who want a workout without leaving the property, and a kitchen in some rooms for anyone who'd rather cook than eat out. There's no pool here, which sets it apart from several of its Lam Sam Kaeo neighbors, so it suits a traveller prioritizing a workout space and self-catering over a splash in the water. At 242 reviews and a 7.6-equivalent rating, it's a smaller, lesser-known pick than the bigger properties nearby, walkable to Soi Rangsit-Nakhon Nayok 62 in around nine minutes. Air conditioning runs throughout, and the kid-friendly tag applies despite the property's modest scale compared to its four-star neighbors down the road.

Our take
JN PLACE works for a budget-minded traveller or small family who wants a kitchen and a fitness center more than a pool, and its lower review volume compared to neighbors like Asia Airport Hotel suggests a quieter, less-trafficked stay. Anyone set on pool access should look at PP@Hotel Rangsit or Bangkok Boutique instead, since JN PLACE simply doesn't offer one at any price point.
- Book a kitchen-equipped room directly if self-catering is the plan for this stay
- Confirm breakfast pricing at check-in, since it's charged separately from the room rate
- Use the fitness center in the morning before Rangsit traffic builds for the day
Why we love it
- A kitchen in some rooms for self-caterers
- A genuine fitness center on site
- Walking distance to local Rangsit streets
- Quieter than the area's bigger properties
Why guests love itI would book JN Place as a self-catering base, not for a pool day. It is a three-star budget hotel in Lam Sam Kaeo with a fitness center, air conditioning and a kitchen in some rooms, and it is described as kid-friendly. There is no listed pool. I would book a kitchen-equipped room directly, confirm breakfast pricing at check-in and suit it to short Rangsit stays.
